GayPrideals is a web based business that features a fantastic deal on the best stuff in your city from gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender (GLBT) friendly businesses. Because we guarantee businesses a minimum number of customers, you enjoy phenomenal discounts. And we give 5% of every deal directly to the local service organization that you select when you purchase!

How does GayPrideals work?
Search our website or sign-up for GayPrideals at the top of any page on our website by entering your email. We’ll email you deals that you’ll have the opportunity to purchase – but don’t delay – some deals go fast!
Is there a one time, monthly, or annual membership fee?
Nope! GayPrideals is free – invite your friends and family.
How do I sign-up?
You can sign-up up for our regular deal emails at the top of each page on our website.
How do I get the current deal?
Just click the big “BUY” button before the offer ends (“Time Left To Buy” is shown right below). As soon as enough GayPrideals members have purchased the deal (the deal “tips”), we will bill your card and email your GayPrideals voucher.
What happens if the GayPrideal deal does not reach the required minimum?
If not enough people buy in, the deal is canceled and you are not charged. So if you really want the daily deal, tell your friends, tweet it, share it, and generally spread the word!
How do I Refer a Friend?
When you’ve found a deal that you think is perfect for your friend, click on the “Refer A Friend” link at the top of the page, and then click the email, Twitter or Facebook buttons (or all of them!)
Do I have to get other people to sign up?
No, there are thousands of people every day who want to take advantage of our daily deals! You will probably want to invite others anyway – remember that if not enough people buy in, the deal is canceled and you don’t get the deal. So if you really want the daily deal, tell your friends, tweet it, share it, and generally spread the word!
Is there a limit to how many particular GayPrideals coupons I can purchase/use?
There can be. Please see “Fine Print” of each deal.
Am I billed when I click “BUY” on a deal?
That depends. We bill your card only when the GayPrideals deal you purchased reaches the merchant’s required minimum number of participants. If the deal has already “tipped” when you buy, your card is billed immediately.
How does GayPrideals appear on my credit card statement?”
It will show up as a charge from “GayPrideals.”
Is GayPrideals safe?
Extremely. Your credit card number is transmitted by SSL directly to a secure electronic vault. At no time is your credit card information stored on our servers.
I bought a GayPrideals deal – how do I use it?
When the deal “tips”, you will receive an email voucher containing all of the important details. To redeem your deal, print out the voucher and bring it to the merchant, or display it on your phone.
Do I have to use my GayPrideals deal the same day I buy it?
No, and in fact, most GayPrideals deals are not redeemable on the day of purchase. The key details are always spelled out in your deal voucher. Many Prideals deals have an expiration date well in the future, so you have plenty of time to plan ahead and make the most of your adventure!
Can I buy a GayPrideals deal as a gift for someone else?
We hope you do! Unless the “Fine Print” for a specific deal indicates it can’t be given as a gift, simply select the Gift option at the top of the checkout page, fill in the recipient’s name and email address, along with your billing info, and we will email the deal voucher to the lucky recipient.
If I don’t use the full value of the GayPrideals deal in one visit, can I use the remainder later?
No – unless stated otherwise in the “Fine Print”, you do not receive store credit or cash back for any portion of the deal you do not use. Bring a friend and share!
Can I combine my GayPrideals deal with other offers or specials?
No, unless the “Fine Print” specifically states otherwise.
What if a business closes down before I’ve redeemed my GayPrideals deal?
If anything happens that makes it impossible for you to redeem a GayPrideals deal, we will make sure that you receive a full refund.
The business I bought my coupon for closed down, what do I do?
In the event of a business closing its doors (for any reason – fire damage, financial reasons, etc.) we will notify you and make sure that you receive a full refund.
What happens when my coupon expires?
Federal and State laws require that your coupon must be honored for the purchase price for a period of five years after the date of issue. This means if you buy a $20 coupon for $10, and it expires in one year, it will be worth $10 for the remaining four years. However, the merchant may still still honor the full amount. Also, it is up to the business if they want to honor it after the five year period.
I had a poor experience with a business that I don’t think represented GayPrideals well.
All comments/complaints are taken very seriously. Please contact us if you believe a business is not holding up to the Prideals standards.
Do you sell your customer’s information?
No. When you sign-up, we collect your email address to send you information about “GayPrideals” deals. When you buy a coupon, that information is used solely for processing your payment.
